I don't know if this is working with CVS-Blackbox-0.70, but maybe this is what you need . It's called fspanel, a very small taskbar and with pager buttons for switching the workspaces, something about 10kb in size. http://www.chatjunkies.org/fspanel And there are at least two or three variations of this floating around the net. hpanel and mde-fspanel if i remember correctly.
