Anarky is using mozilla's MUA. It has reply-to and reply to all. You must practice discipline and edit the recipients before sending. I use this client at work (use Windows half the time and refuse to use Outlook). The non-Unix oriented MUAs do not have the concept of a mailing list. That would confuse too many users. I still believe that reply-to munging is not the right solution.
