uploaded blackbox 0.60.3 to debian unstable (woody)

0.60.3 has been uploaded to unstable.  I did not turn on the
--disable-styleframes option.  Maybe next time (-:

this deb looks in ~/.blackbox/styles now, according to current practices.  If
you run update-menus as a user, the menu will be placed in ~/.blackbox as well.

bbpal and bbkeys are waiting in the queue as new packages.  They will appear
soon.
