When KDE2 became stable, I tried switching back to using kwin full time for 
awhile.  Drove me crazy because every time I wanted to start some program, I 
would be right-clicking the desktop to bring up my application menu.  
Remembering to move the mouse down to the panel and clicking on the 'K' icon 
was just too much for me (call me lazy!). :)
