Actually now I re read the http://www.draknor.net/kbb/howto/startkbb it
seems I may not
be able to run the services in the form I want anyway.

I really only need a gui file manager and icon support.  I like KDE's.

I started as a blackbox user some time back and wanted some form of
icons support as I share my box with
other family members. Using KDE1's icon and file manager allowed a
decent compromise between blackbox's lower memory use and functionality
for less literate users. If they really annoyed me I could just shut
them down or restart them as required.

I lifted the script for initializing KDE2 with bb from Dans previous
post and they do seem to start but blackbox still initializes sans KDE2
components.
