Changing default font size

I switched from redhat to debian one month ago and so far everything has been working 
out great. Except now the fonts in blackbox are a bit large. The ones in the window 
title bar, and the panel (displays desktops, window names, and time). 

I was wondering how I could change the size of those fonts to make them a bit smaller.
