Hmmm, both replies are contrary to what the XFree86 Font Deuglification
Mini HOWTO  suggests.  Have a look at;

http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/FDU/x-config.html

Spending a few minutes editing the style files seems to be the best
suggestion and setting the font sizes to what you want, need, gotta have.

I completely baffled myself by spending a little time with xfontsel and
seeing all the different fonts and sizes. What I ended up doing a little
search and replace and setting my font to 9x15 in the couple of styles
that I usually use. It works with the combination of my eyes (no
correction required (yet)) monitor size (cheap 17" with .28 aperture
grille) and resolution (1152x882) that I work in.

And now we have you confused. BAHHAHAHAhahaahaa!

Tim.

    See, I used to have trouble from my PC, but then I cut my hand on
    the case and got blood all over the leads inside it.
    Now it works, but I'm nervous.
