Blackbox menu is the wrong place to look.

Your installation of blackbox should have included various examples; for
example:
rainier:~$ ls /usr/local/share/Blackbox/styles/
Artwiz Flux Nyz Outcomes Rancor Shade TDF
Cthulhain Minimal Operation Rampage Results Spiff Twice
Search for some of these on your system.
Here is an example:
*.font: -*-lucida-medium-r-*-*-*-100-*-*-*-*-*
And another:
rainier:~$ grep font /usr/local/share/Blackbox/styles/Nyz
toolbar.font: lucidasans-10
menu.title.font: lucidasans-10
menu.frame.font: lucidasans-10
window.font: lucidasans-10
(This info goes in a style/theme, not in a menu.)
Also look at xlsfonts or xfontsel. (Read the manual pages for these.)
