The reason I noticed this is that I've been downloading all the themes
from bb.themes.org to try them out. I found that less than half of the
themes use ~/.blackbox/[styles|backrounds] and of those half use
Backgrounds, and half use backgrounds, some user background, etc. And lots
of them create their own directory with a style/background subdir, and
maybe just drop everything in the current. If a standard has been set,
people aren't adhereing to it well at all. Perhaps the standard just needs
to be made more prominent to theme developers?
