THe ~/.blackbox/[styles|backgrounds] concept *is* suppose to be the standards
by which bb.themes.org operates.  Whether or not thye have now decided
to forgo the 'standard' and simply accept any theme that works I can not say.

As for the use of bsetbg, that is a relativly new addition to the standard.
I think I can safely say that 60% of the existing themes were created before
bsetbg was conceived.
