bug when moving submenu ?

if you open any menu (for exemple the root window menu)
then you open a submenu and move it, there is no way to
'close' this submenu.

Has been this bug already reported ?
(i take a look at the ChangeLog* and i did not find it)
If not, i could write a patch for it.
