Randy (or anybody else that's getting segfaults with this), please help
me track this down by doing this...
- pull down the bbconf source--at this point, pull down the CVS version
since it has another bug fix already....
- if you've already done this, then cd into the bbconf directory and do
"cvs update" to make sure you're working with the most current code
- if you've already built bbconf in this directory, type "make clean"
- then do "./configure --enable-debug --prefix=/tmp/bbconf"
- then type "make" to rebuild bbconf
- after that's finished, do "make install" as a regular user (you're
just installing the plugins with debugging information to /tmp/bbconf/)
- then cd into the bbconf source directory and type "gdb ./bbconf".
after it loads the executable, type "run". If/when it segfaults, type
"bt" and please e-mail the results of that to me/xOr.
Thanks very much. I realize this may be more information than some of
you need, but I can't assume everyone knows how to use gdb... =:)
