you definately want to look at tkrat: http://www.tkrat.org it took me a moment to get used to the tk look&feel but for now i consider it the best e-mail client i have tried so far. it kinda matches the minimalistic blackbox approach but doesnt miss any of the important features. what i love most: - minimalistic interface, keyboard shortcuts for _everything_ - small memory footprint - FAST! - complete and - again - FAST imap support - no html mail - pgp integration (pgp/gnupg) - intelligent handling of attachments, simply does it right - very, very flexible i use it in comb w/ fetchmail+procmail so i cant say anything bout the builtin pop3 support. can only recommend it since it does everything i need in a smarter way than the others. regards -- ,,moe
