flux gives you integrated keybindings and icons listed in the toolbar.  Other
than that the code is basically the same.  So if you want those, use flux.

speed comes by removing fluff.  fake transparency is not cheap.  It is not that
hard to add, so if you want it, make your own jesperbox.  Each feature costs. 
Think of the story of the man who asked to be paid by a Chinese emperor one
grain of rice per day, doubled every day.  At the end of the month he owuld
have more rice than the emperor.  This is similar to the effect of adding
features.  Each one costs a little and eventually you are eaten alive.

bbkeys does quite a bit and the blackbox author did not have the time, energy,
desire to handle it so keybindings were pulled out and other people hacked on
the code.

There is talk of giving keybindings back to blackbox, will see what the future
holds.
