I still use older hardware and intend to keep blackbox as lean as possible.  My
viewpoint is a lean and mean blackbox leaves more CPU and memory for the rest
of your computing needs.

wmaker has some more fluff than we every will (sounds, arbitrary images, some
fancy effects).  But a lot of this is runtime configurable so users can trim
down if they want/need.  I hope to emulate this approach.  Either way blackbox
will still be less featureful than other wms.  This is not the tool for
everyone.
