I have JBuilder 6 Personal and don't see the problems. Will install 7 & 
see what's up. Sun has lots of sample programs, I can do some hacking on 
this tonight.

I manage a computer lab at Mills college in Oakland (intersection of
580 & 13) could almost certainly get approval for you to come hack 
there when you have a test program that shows the bug. Could provide a 
P2/256 Dell system.
