Be sure you're using the latest version B54 (3815) (the link is
mislabeled on the blacktree site but the right version downloads).
The URL of the site changed in the latest version.
If you already are, make sure you have write access and own the folder:
~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns
