I have to say that I think Google Groups is probably the worst communal communications tool I've ever used. However, I'm not the guy in charge and I'm just happy to have any quicksilver community at all.

Well, this has just made me hate Google Groups even more :P
It just claimed this post 'didn't exist', and I've just been told '
Discussions aren't available right now. We're sorry. Try again
shortly. '
Not true! :S

Well,
After posting around here for a while, I've recently seen how limiting
Google's Groups can be.
I wasn't able to upload a file, and I also wasn't able to write this
post in the ' The forum is dead. Long live the forum... er... group.
' topic (anybody know why?)

I was just wondering if everybody else is happy with Google Groups, or
whether anybody has any alternatives?
I have a feeling the Group may be harming Quicksilver's image. I've
replied to countless posts over at macrumors.com about quicksilver,
trying to help and directing them to post here, only to get the answer
that 'the Group is dead' or something similar.

If we're all happy with the Group, then that's fine. If not then I
(and I'm sure other people would be to) am happy to set up a support
forum running a more user-friendly software (phpbb?) which might make
life a bit easier.

What's everybody's thoughts?
