"Current Web Page" pasting twice

I use the "Current Web Page" (Proxy Item) (Action: Paste) as a trigger.
I find that quite often while pasting the URL, the URL is pasted twice.
I am not sure how you would find this happening because it happens  
randomly. Maybe, only those who use such a trigger at least ten times  
a day will encounter this problem. I generally paste it in Mail but I  
have also seen it happen while pasting in Smultron.
