I am not sure how you would find this happening because it happens
randomly. Maybe, only those who use such a trigger at least ten times
a day will encounter this problem. I generally paste it in Mail but I
have also seen it happen while pasting in Smultron.
I use this constantly and rarely see this. So rarely that I've always
chalked it up to user error, that maybe I hit the key twice or it
registers twice. Anyone else see this? Any message in console when
it happens?
