Oh, I see. I misunderstood. Try this:
Go into your QS catalogue and select Modules from the sidebar. First make sure that the Address Book entry is activated (it should have a check mark in the box next to it). Then, with the Address Book entry selected, press the "i" button at the bottom of the QS preferences window to open the information window. Make sure all of your address book entries are activated.
