You are right. I just reproduced the same problem using Greek characters. In fact, for me it didn't work even to find a folder with a Greek capital letter in its name.
By the look of it, the problem is not with the plugins, but rather with the core Quicksilver application itself. It appears that QS cannot match non-Latin lowercase characters with uppercase characters when they are typed into the command window. This is definitely a bug. Our best hope until Alcor releases his new version of QS one day is to ask one of the volunteer developers to tackle this for us. I'm going to send an email to Etienne Samson to ask if he could take a look at this.
