No luck still. My library is in ~/Pictures which I'm guessing must be the standard location since I've never moved it before. If I click Show Package Contents, inside the library there are two files with the iPhoto icon called Library.iphoto and Library6.iphoto, which are 4KB and 5.5MB respectively. Is it normal to have this Library6 file and could this result in Quicksilver being unable to find my albums?
