Well known problems with triggers are when using dynamic actions (like
Get New Mail). They work until QS is restarted.
There are some problems with Triggers getting corrupted and the
Triggers.plist needing to be deleted and recreated (though someone
recently posted a possible way to fix one). It's not clear what causes
the corruption.
