I am having quite a few problems with the actions pane. I have already
mentioned one earlier regarding the search problem.
I wish some other B56a6 user confirmed it.
Unfortunately, its slightly difficult to note them because actions
that are available keep changing depending on the item in the first
pane. Anyone, here is one: (I cross-checked it in B54(3815) and this
issue is not present in B54(3815))
Do this "Textedit" >> "open file" >> "test.txt"
now activate Quicksilver again, you will see that "Textedit" is
available in the first pane, but now the action "open file" is missing
although some other actions are available. I think it will be really
difficult for the user to note down such issues. I mean, how many
different files can one bring in the first pane and how many actions
can you check for their availability.
Secondly, Julius Eckert's QS interfaces are unusable in B56a6. Same
is the case with Ankur's Fumo interface.
Also, for those who are having trigger problems I just want them to
know that i had copied my triggers.plist from B54(3815) (infact, i had
copied the entire applications support folder of quicksilver and
deleted the Services plugin) and I have yet not faced any issue like
the ones you are describing. (especially the "null" one and i do
believe (from my experience in B54(3815)) that it is sometimes due to
cataloging like one user mentioned earlier in this thread. Maybe,
Howard could provide some details on this)
