In version 0.15 of the manual on page 28 is the first reference to the "Create Copy" button in the description of the Attributes tab of the catalog source drawer (there's a picture too). So select Desktop in the Catalog, click the i button at the bottom to open the drawer, click the Attributes tab, the "Create Copy" button is in the bottom right.
