It's not available through Blacktree; these are totally unofficial builds, and in fact you will need to disable automatic updates. New builds are available at <http://code.google.com/p/blacktree-alchemy/ downloads/list>, but beware that there are likely to be new bugs introduced in later builds (as you've probably seen from browsing this forum).
The third pane mentioned in this thread has been fixed in b56a6 and I haven't encountered any new bugs, but YMMV.
