Yep, I'm using the agilekeychain format. It's stored at ~/Library/Application Support/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain
The console had the following message 24/01/2010 19:38:53 Quicksilver[6821] An error ocurred while scanning "User Accounts": launch path not accessible I checked the permissions for the keychain and have read/write privileges.
