Shelf Isn't Working in Snow Leopard

I'm running the latest release of QS (B58 3841) and I cannot get the
Shelf to work. I've enabled it and the clipboard plugins. I've gone
into Catalog > Quicksilver to ensure it is checked. I rescanned the
catalog. And yet when I activate QS and begin typing "shelf" all I get
is the option is the catalog for the Shelf and Clipboard and the
action to show the entry in the catalog. Is this feature broken in
this release? Thanks.
