Another suggestion, Indy,
with the Shelf window open, drag it partially off the screen to one
side or the other. It becomes a drawer that appears when you move the
mouse to that edge of the screen. You can also create a keyboard
shortcut to show it in your Triggers list. It's like an additional
dock. I do admit that the shelf doesn't work too well under Snow
Leopard. With me, the shelf seems to suddenly appear when I quit an
app.... any app. So I have gone back to QS version ß54 and everything
is fine.
