I noticed that all my plugins where gone, and all plugins are deleted every time I launch Quicksilver. The Console gives me the following message for each installed plugin: "Deleting Old Duplicate Plug-in: /users/username/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns/xxx" where xxx is the plugin file.
I have tried uninstalling, removing all caches and Quicksilver related files before reinstalling. It still does not retain the plugins. Looks a lot like this issue: https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues/529
