> QS not saving preferences somewhere causing it to delete the plugins? My god that's bad! You're probably right there. Can you get him to delete the plugins.plist file in the app support folder. It only saves info downloaded from the web, and not plugin info so it probably won't have an effect, but it's worth a try.
