Yes, I read that page. But I didn't find all the files on my local machine. Mostly because I didn't know where to look. For example, I didn't knew how to translate the interface of Quicksilver (settings page tc.) Where is that file, in the contents of Quicksilver or in the Application support folder? And in which sub-folder? I do not know much about computing, but as I wrote in my post I did manage do translate some of Quicksilver by editing specific files with Textedit.
