Do you need the files to best understand how to translate the strings?

The interface files are in the compiled nibs within QS – basically,
you need to download the project from:

https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/zipball/master

and open it with Xcode and (11GB!) package of software and tools from
Apple. In fact, some of the Catalog strings refer to paths in /
Developer - which you'll only have if you have Xcode.

How about editing the strings in http://QSApp.com/wiki/Localization
and marking the ones you don't understand, and posting them here?
