Hi Ajay, I guess you are the only one still on 10.5.8! :( I'm sorry, but when I updated the plugin, it was for 10.6+ users only. My suggestion is to stick back with the last good plugin. There haven't been any 'feature' updates, except that it's now compatible with more recent versions of 1Password.
I believe v1.2 to be the latest 'good' copy for you, which you can get here: http://qsapp.com/plugins/archived/1Password_Module__1_2__2011_04_15.zip Let me know if you have any more problems.
