What do you mean by “display info about the currently playing track”? The “Show Playing Track” command? And what do you see when you set the rating? If you have the “Display Track Notifications”, changing the track in some way (including the rating) will trigger another notification. There’s also the “Show Window” setting for triggers (but it doesn’t include the rating).
