Thanks for the quick reply Patrick I can only thank you for your quick response, I have to admit Apple scripts are a little over my head and whilst I am always open to learning , the bits you probably take for granted are a little deep for me, I did try to follow what I took to be your directions ref librarys and didn't see a scripts folder option but would probably need to ask too many "do i go left or right" too many times so all i can say is thanks again its great we have people like you but I would need too much guidance to get there
