I also tried this, had to put it in /Library/Scripts and change owner etc 
however when i run the script it fails with :

error "Can’t make «class fvtg» of window 2 of application \"Finder\" into type 
alias." number -1700 from «class fvtg» of window 2 to alias

and that's the end of my abilities sadly although will go google for some 
inspiration
