You can make a trigger with the desired text entered into the trigger's
first pane, and the Paste action in its second pane.

To make a trigger, simply open QS's preferences and select the Triggers
pane, then click the + button at the bottom of the preferences window.
Choose to make a Hotkey trigger. A special version of QS's command window
will appear. With the focus on the first pane, press the period key to
enter text entry mode. Type your desired text. Press the tab key to move to
the second pane. Select the Paste action. Save the trigger. You will now
see your new trigger listed in the preferences window. At the right you
will see that the actual keystroke for the trigger is initially set to
"None". Click on the word "None" to open the dialog that allows you to
define a keystroke to use. Once you set a keystroke to use, your trigger
will work.

If you want more information about triggers, Howard Melman's user guide (
http://mysite.verizon.net/hmelman/Quicksilver.pdf) gives a very through
explanation starting on page 34. In fact, there is a lot to learn in
Howard's guide, so you will do well to have a look at it in any case.
