A unit test definitely helps :). I created #1509
<https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues/1509> for this.
Thanks,

Somewhere around the 1.0.0 release QS started treating text with an
URL inside it as an URL type. So this "this is a test
http://test.com" would be incorrectly treated as an URL so the "Open
URL" action shows up above "Paste as Plain Text" for that item.
Patrick discovered this too at some point. See the very last commit on
#1415 <https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/pull/1415>.
So there’s a unit test to tell us it’s broken, at least. That’s almost
like fixing it. :-)
