That said, it may be it's something non-QS-related that's gone wrong.
I'm
getting some other minor irregularities too... for instance Afloat
(the
windows management app) has stopped working in Safari, and my global
keyboard shortcut for clipping text into Scrivener has stopped working
in
Mail.
If it were me (before I knew how to run Quicksilver in the debugger),
I’d try creating a new dummy account and see what happens there.
