Testing with a new account was interesting.

'Current Selection...' triggers still don't work, but this time instead of 
doing nothing, they simply activate Quicksilver. They don't open a new 
command and action window, but they activate the program, so that if, say, 
the 'Catalog' page is open, that window comes to the front. Or if no QS 
page is open, just the menu bar appears.

The one exception is the pre-existing 'Current Selection > Select in 
Command Window' trigger ( Esc). That works correctly.
