I have installed the latest quicksilver 1.3.2 I want to be able to do webs searches with google with it since Spotlight doesn't. That is, I want to type "weather near geelong" and get a google search result in draft browser.
I went through the installation wizard and installed the web search plugin. I have spent 20 minutes reading tutorials from 2008 onwards and I am no closer to working out how to do this. Plus I can't get Quicksilver to look like screen shots I see. When I hit ctrl space, up pops Subject and Action. What "Subject" will invoke a web search? I can never, ever find "search with" as an Action. I assume that such a basic use case should work out of the box, but I am defeated. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quicksilver" group.
