Well, I guess the first thing to check is that you have them enabled.
(You can choose what categories from 1Password get indexed.)
Go to Preferences → Catalog → Plugins and expand the 1Password
group, then make sure the categories you care about are checked. You can
also select a category or the parent entry and hit the “refresh”
button at the bottom of the window to force a rescan.
