Re Full Disk Access, you need to hit the + button and add Quicksilver.
I see now that you _do_ need Full Disk Access to get Safari bookmarks/history working, but it has nothing to do with 1Password.
I ran your script via terminal, but it had no effect.
It’s not supposed to fix anything in Quicksilver. It’s supposed to give you a list of the Login items 1Password has saved metadata for on your system.
It might be more useful to just get a count instead of a list, so try this command instead:
mdfind -onlyin ~/Library/Caches/Metadata/1Password "kMDItemContentType == com.agilebits.itemmetadata && kMDItemDescription == 'Login*'" | wc -l
If you get 0, it means 1Password isn’t saving the data Quicksilver needs. I would suggest disabling and re-enabling 3rd party integration in 1Password. If that doesn’t work, reach out to them. Their support is excellent.
