Okay, so I don't have to read the hint (as I'm not interested in it),
how do these unprivileged users write to /bin,/usr/bin,/lib,/usr/lib
and the other "standard" locations?

I will admit I don't know anything about it, other than what I have
envisioned in my head. Bad assumptions on my part, I will admit.
