how do these unprivileged users write to /bin,/usr/bin,/lib,/usr/lib
and the other "standard" locations?
I will admit I don't know anything about it, other than what I have
envisioned in my head. Bad assumptions on my part, I will admit.
The directories where files will be installed by package users will be
part of the "install" group, which the package users are also part of,
and group-writable, and sticky.
