Patch for KDE Devel section. Adds optional dependency on kdepim for
kdesdk, and adds kdesdk as a dependency of kdevelop and kdewebdev.
kdewebdev got a paragraph listing its runtime deps. Although I think it's
clear, it doesn't really read well, somewhat disjointed.
KDevelop got a note referring to other documentation to find runtime deps.
I'm not happy with this, but I also didn't much like the idea of listing
them all out myself. A quick look through the docs I referred to, and I
came up with a list of about 20 runtime dependencies.
