As far as the KDevelop run-time you could just put something
such as:
KDevelop supports many development platforms. These are used
at run-time and do not need to be installed before the build
to be supported. This list of supported development platforms
is very large. See http://whatever to see if your desired
platform is supported.
Or something like that. Works for me.
