Especial many thanks to Christopher!
That second SBU (144 SBU - 165 SBU) was introduced by Igor or Ken, because
build in x86_64 takes much more space. After he introduced, I didn't want
to undo it.
Christopher, I needed to make some small fixes, one that I remember is in
Command Explanations, adding a fourth sed. I also left the gcc patch - is
it OK, or to be removed? Please, check if everything is OK.
